 The Multivator is the most aggressive
between row cultivator available. It has rototiller-like cultivating heads mounted on a PTO powered toolbar. The cultivating heads come in different widths and can be adjusted.
They are primarily used for cultivating perennial crops because of their ability to till hard soil. They are an important tool for strawberry growers for cultivation
and renovation. Optional equipment includes a fertilizer attachment to side dress while cultivating, and a hilling ridger to move soil into the rows or for
reshaping strawberry hills. Three models are available. Model selection is based on the acreage to be cultivated and the tractor horsepower. We
recommend the medium duty model FP or the heavy duty model FPSR. The light duty Model FL should only be used in very light sandy soils and only on
small acreage. We also handle other brands of rotary tiller type cultivators including Maschio, Befco, and Sovema, but have been recommending Multivator because they currently offer a better value.
